TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE
A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the
following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
street, to wit:
The Northerly 16.50 foot highway easement of CSM 2447 V17/324 Pt
NE1/4 Sec 5 T5N R20E
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is - designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part hereof
and marked Exhibit "A."

The following Resolution, having been introduced in the C~~on
Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, at a meeting Of said
Council, held NOVEMBER 12, 1991 in the Council Room, at
City Hall, Muskego, Wisconsin to wit:
"BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council Of the City Of
Muskego, Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole Of
the following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
street, to wit:
The Northerly 16.50 foot highway easement of CSM 2447 V17/324 Pt
NE1/4 Sec 5 T5N R20E
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution
hereof and marked Exhibit "A."
is designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part
Introduced this 12TH day of NOVEMBER , 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by said Common Council, that a
hearing on the passage of said Resolution be held at a meeting
of said Common Council at the Council Room, City Hall, Muskeao, - Wisconsin on the 14TH day of JANUARY ,-1991,-at
7:20 P.M.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Notice of the Hearing on said
Resolution be published in the Muskeqo Sun. as a Class 3
Notice; and that, in addition, Notice of srid hearing be served
on the owners of all of the frontage of the lots and lands
abutting on said real estate herein before described sought to
be vacated, and discontinued, as a street, in the manner
provided for the service of summons in Circuit Court at least
thirty (30) days before said hearing.
