APPROVAL OF SEWER CONNECTIONS
Settler's Creek
WHEREAS, Mr. Klenz requested 18 connections to the sewer system
in the MMSD service area for Settler's Creek; and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has not reviewed this
request due to their October 18, 1991 meeting cancellation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve 18 connections to the sewer
system for Settler's Creek as requested by Mr. Klenz subject to
receipt of Capacity Utilization Permit application and fee.
