APPROVAL OF SEWER CONNECTIONS

WHEREAS, Mr. Kosobucki requested 25 connections to the sewer
system in the MMSD service area for Waterfield Park; and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has not reviewed this
request due to their October 18, 1991 meeting cancellation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve 25 connections to the sewer
system for Waterfield Park as requested by Mr. Kosobucki subject
to receipt of Capacity Utilization Permit application and fee.
