APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
Park Place West
WHEREAS, a revised Preliminary Plat for Park Place West, a
September 24, 1991, and
14-lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 17, was submitted on
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
revised Preliminary Plat subject to a street name change, and
deed restrictions to include provisions for landscaping; and
WHEREAS, Resolution #217-89 approved in concept a rezoning of
this property from RS-Z/W to RSM/W OPD to allow multi-family
development; and
WHEREAS, the revised plat is for single family development under
the RS-Z/W zoning requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Park Place West, a
conditions of the Plan Commission.
14-lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 17, subject to the
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution #217-89 approving the
concept of RSM/W OPD zoning is hereby declared null and void.
