APPROVAL OF REFUND
PARK DEDICATION FEES FOR KARAH COURT
WHEREAS, a request to vacate a road right-of-way on Karah Court
was adopted in Resolution #195-91 contingent on the closing of
Volunteer Fire Company building on or before May 1, 1992; and
the City's offer to purchase land for expansion of the Muskego
WHEREAS, it is also proposed to vacate the Karah Court Plat; and
WHEREAS, JC Development has requested a refund of the $800.00
Park Dedication fee paid on May 24, 1990 for 4 lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve a refund of $800.00 to JC
Development for Park Dedication fees paid on May 24, 1990 for 4
lots on Karah Court upon the vacation of Karah Court right-of-
way and Plat and the closing of the City's purchase of adjoining
land for expansion of the Muskego Volunteer Fire Company. 0
