APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
( DeBack)
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on September 24,
1991 to finalize a 4-parcel division of the Harold DeBack
property on Woods Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 17; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the applicable requirements of the City's Planned Unit
preventing the redivision of Parcel 4 by deed restriction,
Development regulations, reviewing site plan and building plan,
landscape plan for all four lots.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
4-parcel division of the Harold DeBack property on Woods Road in
the SE 1/4 of Section 17 subject to the applicable requirements
of the City's Planned Unit Development regulations, reviewing
site plan and building plan, preventing the redivision of Parcel
4 by deed restriction, landscaping along driveway length of Lot
3, and submitting landscape plan for all four lots.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
