APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
Hidden Harbor
(Town of Waterford)
WHEREAS, a Final Plat for Hidden Harbor was submitted on
September 9, 1991 to subdivide property into 19 residential lots
with 3 outlots in the SW 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town of
Waterford; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution
#148-91; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Final Plat for Hidden Harbor to
subdivide property into 19 residential lots with 3 outlots in
approval of the City Engineer and all objecting and approving
agencies, and receipt of all fees as provided in Section 10 of
the Land Division Ordinance.
