DISAPPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on September 10,
1991 to finalize a 3-parcel division of the Richard Double
property on North Shore Drive in the NW 1/4 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission defeated a resolution to approve
the request by a vote of 5-2 due to the non-conforming lot
status that would result.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby disapprove the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
3-parcel division of the Richard Double property on North Shore
Drive in the NW 1/4 of Section 32 due to the non-conforming lot
status that would result.
