APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Town of Norway -- Heinze)
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on September 13,
1991 to finalize a four-parcel division of the Donald F.
Heinze property on West Wind Lake Road in the NE 1/4 of
Section 8 in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
West Wind Lake Road in the NE 1/4 of Section 8 in the Town of
four-parcel division of the (Donald F. Heinze) property on
Norway.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
