APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on August 14, 1991
to finalize a 2-parcel division of the Robert Klenz property
on Woods Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
a statement being placed on the Certified Survey Map regarding
the possibility of a further relocation of the creek within the
existing easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
2-parcel division of the Robert Klenz property on Woods Road in
the SE 1/4 of Section 10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
