RESOLUTION #242-91
AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF RECYCLING FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City operates a recycling drop-off site at the
Stone Ridge Recycling & Disposal Facility, and
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Committee recommends asphalting the
Stone Ridge Facility site, and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient expedited state grant funds
available to complete the asphalting project in 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Welfare
Committee, does hereby authorize the expenditure of recycling
grant funds in an amount not to exceed $14,000 for the
asphalting of the recycling drop-off site at the Stone Ridge
Recycling & Disposal Facility plus an additional dollar amount
required for asphalting under the containers with said project
to be completed in 1991.
