APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Creekside Meadows -- City of Muskego and Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Creekside Meadows Subdivision, a
55-lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 32 in the City of
Muskego and the Town of Norway, was submitted on August 28,
1991, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat for Creekside Meadows
Subdivision, a 55-lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 32 in
the City of Muskego and the Town of Norway subject to the
drainage plan by the Town of Norway and acceptable to the City
removal of the barn and silo from the property, approval of the
of Muskego, the street name be changed to show only one name on
the plat, and the street lights be provided under a requirement
of the City with usage fees to be billed to the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
