RESOLUTION #239-91
DIRECT CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECS
AND BID OUT THE SOUTHEAST AREA SEWER PROJECT #1
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does
hereby direct the City Engineers to prepare plans and specs and
bid out the Southeast Area Sewer Project #1, including the Ryan
Road Lift Station, Loomis Road Lift Station, and the force
mains, which will be the first step in providing sewer service
to the Southeast area of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to an
acceptable finance agreement with Country Club Villages, Inc.
and subject to the adoption of a final resolution levying the
RCA assessment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor artd Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute a contract with City Engineers Ruekert &
Mielke for the Project.
