RESOLUTION #233-91
AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF CANCELLATION AGREEMENT
(Industrial Park Addn -- RJ Mueller Enterprises)
WHEREAS, Resolution #23-91 approved an Offer to Purchase
the Muskego Industrial Park Addition, and
submitted by R. J. Mueller Enterprises for property located in
WHEREAS, R. J. Mueller Enterprises has submitted a Cancellation
Agreement & Mutual Release for this offer; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize approval of the Cancellation
Agreement & Mutual Release submitted by RJ Mueller.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
