APPOINTMENTS TO YARD WASTE COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, as part of the conditional use
approval for BFI Waste Systems, required that a Yard Waste
waste disposal site on SllO W14800 Union Church Road, and
Committee be established to review the operations of a yard
WHEREAS, the purpose of this Committee will be to monitor the
yard waste disposal operation for one year in conformance with
the conditions established by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission recommended that a total of four
Committee members, consisting of three citizen members and one
City representative, be appointed by the Mayor for this purpose
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Muskego does
hereby appoint the following four members to the Yard Waste
Committee:
A. Alderman Dave Sanders C. Robert Boehm
B. Laverne Bartes D. Joe Cronin
