APPROVAL OF SEWER LATERAL AGREEMENT
(Mutza)
WHEREAS, property owned by Mr. Gerald Mutza, Tax Key No.
2229.978, was part of the recent Hillendale North of Hwy L Sewer
and Water Projects, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that two sewer laterals and two
water services were installed instead of the requested three
sewer laterals and three water services, and
WHEREAS, Public Works Superintendent Loughney has requested that
the road not be opened at this time to install the third
lateral, and
WHEREAS, the property owner requests that the City waive the
five-year no road opening requirement and the road opening
permit fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby waive the five-year no road opening
Mutza, Tax Key No. 2229.978, if he wishes to open cut the road
requirement and the road opening permit fee for Mr. Gerald
within five years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment roll for Tax Key NO.
2229.978 will be reduced to indicate installation of two sewer
laterals and two water services.
