RESOLUTION TO CANCEL FURTHER PROCEEDINGS
TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE A RIGHT-OF-WAY
(Portion of Ruby Drive Extension -- Bauer)
WHEREAS, Resolution #194-91, entitled "Proceedings by the Common
Council of the City of Muskego to Discontinue and Vacate a
Right-of-way (Portion of Ruby Drive Extension -- Bauer)" was
introduced at the August 13, 1991 Council meeting, and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has written to withdraw the request made
to vacate the area marked on the attached map and described
below:
THE SOUTHERLY 40 FEET OF THE EXTENSION OF RUBY DRIVE, IDBNTIFXED
AS TAX KEY NUMBER MSKC 2174.171.001, PT NW 1/4 AND SW 1/4 SEC 4
T5N R20E JEWEL CREEK LOT BETWEEN LOT 64 BLK 20 AND LOT 1'BLK 14
JENSEN CENTER JEWEL CREST, 272 FEET x 40 FEET LF, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the cancellation of further
proceedings to discontinue and vacate a right-of-way of the
portion of Ruby Drive Extension as described above.

Dear Council Members:
I would like to withdraw my request of July 29, 1991
to vacate the area marked in red on the attached map
and described below, since Jerald Hulbert, Park Board
President, has agreed to present his recommendation to
the Park Board that no signs will be placed on this
road right-of-way marking it as a lake access parcel
as long as I continue to maintain the right-of-way.
