AWARD OF BID
WELL PUMPSTATIONS MODIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for Modifications to Well
Pumpstations Nos. 3, 4, 5, and 6, and the following bids were
received:

Municipal Well & Pump, Inc. 42,942.00
Layne-Northwest Co. 61,793.00
Mendota Contractors, Inc. 55,425.00
WHEREAS, the City Engineers and the Public Utilities Committee
have recommended approval of the low bid from Municipal Well &
Pump, Inc. in the amount of $42,942.00.
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Engineers
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
and the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the low
bid from Municipal Well & Pump, Inc. in the amount of $42,942.00
contingent upon DNR written approval.
for the Modifications to Well Pumpstations Nos. 3, 4, 5, and 6
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the
City, and are further authorized to sign any change orders at
their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
