MARLAN MEADOWS DRAINANGE PROJECT MST-1-91
AWARDING OF BID
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Marlan Meadows
Drainage Project and the following bids were received:
CONTRACTOR BASE BID
Lakes Area Excavating $10,626.15
Libecki Grading 16,585.00
Rawson Contractors 21,838.00
WHEREAS, the City Engineers and the Finance Committee have
recommended approval of the low bid from Lakes Area Excavating
for the Base Bid in the amount of $10,626.15.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Engineers
and the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the low bid from
Lakes Area Excavating for the Base Bid in the amount of
$10,626.15 for the Marlan Meadows Drainage Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the
City, and are further authorized to sign any change orders at
their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers. 0 DATED THIS 22ND DAY OF AUGUST , 1991.
