CCR1991205AMENDED COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #205-91 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP (Eiche/Barker Homes) WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on June 10, 1991 to finalize the creation of a parcel of land in the SW 1/4 of Section 10, and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to the full dedication for Parkland Drive right-of-way through the Eiche property from the south lot line of this parcel to Woods Road and subject to an additional 10' easement to facilitate the proposed bike path/walkway. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize the creation of a parcel of land in the SW 1/4 of Section 10 subject to the dedication of the western half of Parkland Drive right-of-way through the Eiche property from the south lot line of the proposed Certified Survey Map to the south line of the City park extended and the full dedication of Parkland Drive from the south line of the City park extended through the east property to the north line of the WEPCO right-of-way and the south boundary line of the Eiche property and the east line of Parkland Drive to be adjacent to the Pellmann property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
