APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Lakeview Highlands Addn. #1)
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Lakeview Highlands Addn. #1, a
subdivision for 9 single-family homes and 2 outlots in the SW
1/4 of Section 5, was submitted on May 13, 1991, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission advised the property owners that
the City is interested in obtaining the first approval for a
right-of-way on the property to access the proposed winter
activities area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Lakeview Highlands
Addn. #1, a subdivision for 9 sinqle-family homes and 2 outlots
in the SW 1/4 of Section 5. - .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from the City
Engineer and all approving and objecting agencies.
