RESOLUTION #193-91
ACCEPTANCE OF SEWER AND ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
(Kurer/Bushberger -- Sherwood Circle Extension)
WHEREAS, Section I of the Kurer/Bushberger Developer's Agreement
dated November 4, 1986, requires the developer to complete the
the City, and
improvements required in the Agreement and dedicate the same to
WHEREAS, the City shall accept said dedication if said
improvements have been completed as required by the Developer's
Agreement and as required by applicable City ordinances and
other applicable laws and as approved by the City Engineers, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of the
improvements.
0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the dedication of the sewer and
road (Sherwood Circle Extension) in accordance with the
Developer's Agreement dated November 4, 1986.
