RESOLUTION #192-91
APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO FLOW
WHEREAS, the Sewer Utility has received invoices from FLOW for
litigation costs, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed this request which
includes the balance for 6/01/91 - 6/11/91 (date of final
dismissal of Muskego from litigation) and recommends payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve payment in the amount of
$13,223.93 for the City of Muskego's final share of litigation
costs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds for this expenditure shall be
obtained from the Sewer Utility.
