CCR19911800 COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #180-91 RESOLUTION AS TO OFFER TO PURCHASE (Industrial Park Addn. -- Wesco) BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City's broker and the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the attached Offer to Purchase (Industrial Park Addn. -- Wesco Machine Products) for a 2+ acre parcel in the City's Industrial Park (Exhibit A) in exchange, as part of the purchase price of $28,000 per acre, a 1.4686 acre parcel located in the City's Industrial Park (Exhibit B). I. Special Improvements: A. The purchase prim includes the following improvements: Sanitary sewer and 2" water laterals are at lot lina and fully paid and avai1abl.e for use by Buyer. Buyer will connect to sewer and Water at Buyer's expanse. Electric and telephone service is available along 1.0c line. Natural gas is available in adjecent Drive. B. If said streets are not permanently surfaced at the rime of the completlon of this transaction, said streets when permanently improved shall be at the expense of the City and no speclal assessments with respect to the permanent improvements of the streets shall be assessed against the property herein described, end the Buyer, hi.s heirs and assigns, shall have no further obllgatlon with respoct hereto. 11.
