RESOLUTION #179-91
AUTHORIZE CITY CLERK TO APPLY FOR
(Recycling Program)
DNR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego requests financial assistance under
Section 159.23, Wisconsin Statutes, and Chapter NR 542,
Wisconsin Administrative Code, for the purpose of planning,
constructing, or operating a recycling program with one or more
components specified in Section 159.11(2)(a) to (h) Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Welfare
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Clerk to submit an
application to the Department of Natural Resources for financial
assistance under Section 159.23, Wisconsin Statutes, and Chapter
NR 542, Wisconsin Administrative Code, to sign necessary
documents, and to submit a final report.
