COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #176-91
APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT
(Bay Breeze)
WHEREAS, the Subdivider's Agreement for JC Development was
approved in Resolution #216-88, which provides 74 private boat
slips, and
WHEREAS, the Police Department is in need of a dock for a police
boat on Little Muskego Lake and the developer has agreed to
permit the use of a slip at the Bay Breeze dock, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and Finance Committee have
recommended approval of an Amendment to the Subdivider's
Agreement to allow docking of the Police Department boat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission
and Finance Committee, does hereby approve the Amendment to the
Subdivider's Agreement to allow docking of the Police Department
boat at the Bay Breeze dock.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall only be
effective after being executed by all the parties within 30 days
of today's date. If not executed by all parties within 30 days,
it shall be null and void.
