CCR1991172COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #172-91 APPROVAL OF CONTRACT BETWEEN HAWS AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 1991 - JUNE 30, 1992 BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Welfare Committee, does hereby approve the attached agreement between the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha County, Inc. and the City of Muskego for a period of one year from July 1, 1991. Box,903 Muskego Thereinafter referred to as the Hun,.icipality), and the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha County, Inc., a Wisconsin Corporation, whose principal office as the Iiurnane Society). , Wisconsin, 0 is located at 701 Northview Road, Waukesha, Wisconsin, (hereinafter referred to WHEREAS, the Wicipality from time to tb'e, through its proper animal control work,.acquires strayed, abandoned or unattended animals, and is desirous of a proper place to deposit such animals where they will receive humane care, and WHEREAS, the Humane Society is an organization devoted, among other things, humane way for strayed, abandoned or unattended animals, to the care of animals and has the facilities to provide for proper care in a NOW IXERETlRF,, in consideration of the covenants herein contained, the parties agree as follows: 1. 'he Humane Society agrees to comply with all the rules, regulations and bankruptcy, makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, or a petition of involuntary bankruptcy is filed against said corporation, then and in that event this .contract shall become null and void at the option of the hlcipality'. 8.
