RESOLUTION #166-91
DISALLOWANCE OF CLAIM
(Bruce Wargin)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a claim from Bruce
Wargin for an injury sustained from being impaled on a pole at
Mill Valley Elementary School, and
WHEREAS, this claim has been denied by the insurance company, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that this claim
be denied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby disallow the claim of Bruce Wargin for
an injury sustained from being impaled on a pole at Mill Valley
Elementary School.
