RESOLUTION #164-91
AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF PARK DEDICATION FUNDS
(Bay Lane Baseball Field)
WHEREAS, the City Parks Director is requesting the City to
participate in the upgrading of the Bay Lane baseball fields up
to SO%, not to exceed $7,500, with the remaining 50% to be paid
by the Muskego Athletic Association, and
WHEREAS, the City Parks Director recommends that payment be
funded from the $10,000 miscellaneous category included in the
1991 Parks Dedication budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve to participate in the upgrading
the Bay Lane baseball fields up to 50%, not to exceed $7,500,
with the remaining 50% to be paid by the Muskego Athletic
Association.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the payment be funded from the
$10,000 miscellaneous category included in the 1991 Parks
Dedication budget.
