CCR1991159AMENDED COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #159-91 APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT (Country Brook Estates -- Miller) WHEREAS, a revised Preliminary Plat for Don Miller, a 54-lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 16, was submitted on May 1, 1991, and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the revised Preliminary Plat subject to a plan being submitted in conjunction with the final plat that shows the berms along Woods preserve the berm be placed in the developer's deed restrictions.
