APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Hidden Harbor--Town of Waterford)
WHEREAS, a revised Preliminary Plat for Hidden Harbor, a 46-lot
subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 12, was submitted on May
29, 1991, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat for Hidden Harbor, a
46-lot subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 12.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
