DECLARING CERTAIN DELINQUENT PERSONAL
PROPERTY TAXES TO BE UNCOLLECTIBLE
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has determined that certain personal
property taxes in the amount of $6,521.27 for 1985 as listed
below are uncollectible:

Badger Foam Systems
David Norbeck
E.Z. Travel of Wisconsin
Little Store
First Wisconsin Leasing
Peerless Gear E, Engineering
Smart Alecks
Specialty Auto

written off due to the costs involved to attempt collection, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has recommended that the above be ' WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby determine that the personal property
taxes of $6,521.27 for 1985 as listed above are uncollectible
