ESTABLISHING FEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 12.01
(Alcohol Beverage Licensing)
WHEREAS, Chapter 12.01 of the Municipal Code is being amended to
allow the establishment of all relative fees by resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
following fees effective July 1, 1991.
Class "A" Fermented Malt Beverage Retailers License
Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage Retailers License
Temporary Class "B" (Gathering License)
"Class A" Liquor License
"Class B" Liquor License
Wholesale Beer License
Operator's License (Regular), No Proration
Temporary Operator's License (Gatherings)
Provisional Operator's License (TO Applicants for
, Operator's License Only)
Application Fee (To be applied to Licenee/Operator fee)
Publication Fee
Investigation Fee 0 Non-refundable

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the above fees in accordance with
Chapter 12.01 of the Municipal Code effective July 1, 1991 and
upon passage of Ordinance #718.
