DENOON POINT ESTATES SUBDIVISION
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Haut Property)
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Denoon Point Estates was
submitted on May 21, 1991 by R.J. Kaerek & Associates for a
95-lot land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 13, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
being approved by the City Engineers and the Public Works
Preliminary Plat subject to approval of the storm drainage plans
Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Denoon Point
Estates, a 95-lot land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 13.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies and subject to approval of the storm
drainage plans being approved by the City Engineers and the
Public Works Committee.
