LAKE POINT ESTATES ADDITION #1
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Golden Meadow Joint Venture)
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Lake Point Estates Addition #1,
a 28-lot subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 10, was submitted
on March 19, 1991, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat subject to revising the street names.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Lake Point Estates
Addition #1, a 28-lot subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
