APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
(Karah Court Subdivision)
WHEREAS, a Final Plat was submitted on February 11, 1991 to
Outlot 1 to be transferred to the area known as Bay Breeze and
create four single-family residential lots and two outlots, with
Outlot 2 to be reserved for commercial development, and
WHEREAS, this Plat is a division of Parcel 2 and Parcel 3 of
Certified Survey Map approved by Resolution #233-90 for JC
Development, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Final Plat for Karah Court Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies,
approval of the City Engineer, and receipt of all fees required , by Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
