AMENDING FEES FOR CERTAIN CITY SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee has determined that fees
for certain City services shall be as follows:
Current Fee New Fee
Soil Erosion $50.00 = $6/Acre $50.00 + $6/Acre over
(Chap. 29.06(1)(c)) 4 Acres
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Safety
Committee, does hereby amend the fees as stated above effective
the date of adoption of this Resolution.
