DISAPPROVAL OF OFFER TO PURCHASE
(Reuss -- Muskego Industrial Park Addition)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the City‘s broker and the Finance
Committee, does hereby disapprove the attached Offer to Purchase
(Dennis Reuss -- Muskego Industrial Park Addition) in the
amount of $48,000.00 for an approximate 3.2 acre parcel in the
City’s Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to make a counter offer for $70,400.00 for the 3.2 acre parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer is hereby directed
Counter Offer is accepted by Mr. Reuss.
to prepare the appropriate Certified Survey Map only if the
