RESOLUTION #119-91
APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Waubeesee Lake Park Estates -- Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, a revised Preliminary Plat for Waubeesee Lake Park
Estates in Section 18 in the Town of Norway was submitted on
April 17, 1991, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
revised Preliminary Plat, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the revised Preliminary Plat of Waubeesee
Lake Park Estates in Section 18 in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
