APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Wind Crest Subdivision -- Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Wind Crest Subdivision for a
33-lot subdivision in Section 16 in the Town of Norway was
submitted on April 17, 1991, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Wind Crest
Subdivision, a 33-lot subdivision in Section 16 in the Town of
Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
