AGREEMENT WITH LAKE DENOON ADVANCEMENT ASSOCIATION
0 TO FUND LOCAL SHARE OF WATER QUALITY MONITORING BY USGS
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego applied for a Wisconsin Lake Management
Planning grant on behalf of the Lake Denoon Advancement Association
for water quality monitoring by the USGS for the period 1991 to 1996,
and
WHEREAS, the Lake Denoon Advancement Association has been awarded a
grant in the amount of $9,243.75 with a 75% advance in the amount of
$6,932.81 received to date, and
WHEREAS, the remaining 25%, or $2,310.94, will be withheld by the
State subject to a determination that the planning project, final
report, and required audits have been completed satisfactorily, and
WHEREAS, the Lake Denoon Advancement Association share of the project
cost is $3,081.25 over the six year period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby authorize the Treasurer to establish an escrow account in the
amount of $6,932.81, using the Lake Denoon Advancement Association
grant advance.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lake Denoon Advancement Association
$3,081.25 at the rate of $513.54 per year commencing on October 1,
1991 and on the same date each year until this total sum has been
paid.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be null and void
unless accepted by the Lake Denoon Advancement Association within 30
days of the date of this Resolution.
