ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department advertised for bids for the
following bids have been received:
1991 Bituminous Concrete Paving Road Improvement Program and the

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and Public Works Superintendent

have recommended that the bid of Payne & Dolan, Inc. for the
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee and the Public Works Superintendent, does hereby
accept the bid of Payne & Dolan, Inc. in the amount of
$18.25/Ton for Bituminous Concrete, Grade #1 Base Course,
$20.20/Ton for Bituminous Concrete, Grade #3 Surface Course, and
$l.OO/Gallon for Tack Coat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance security of $30,000
may be submitted in the form of a bond.
