ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR 1991 SEALCOATING
ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department advertised for bids for the
1991 Sealcoating Road Improvement Program and the following bids
have been received:

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and Public Works Superintendent
have recommended that the bid of Wolf Construction Co. for the
sealcoating be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee and the Public Works Superintendent, does hereby
accept the bid of Wolf Construction in the amounts listed above
for the Asphalt Emulsions and Aggregate for Sealcoating.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance security of $30,000
may be submitted in the form of a bond.
