RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, I
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(Marlan Meadows Project)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by
its City Council and for its Relocation Order hereby resolved as
follows :
accordance with §32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purpose
1. That this Resolution is a Relocation Order in
of the within described public improvement project and it is
also a determination of necessity for that project in accordance
with §32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes;
2. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to acquire permanent easements
and other necessary temporary construction easements for storm
drainage purposes as shown on the maps attached hereto, made a
part hereof and marked Exhibits "A-1" and "A-2";
3. That said permanent easements and other necessary
temporary construction easements will be used for storm drainage
purposes as set forth on the maps which are annexed to this
Relocation Order as Exhibits "A-1" and "A-2" and are
incorporated herein; 0 4. That the sites of said permanent easements and other
necessary temporary construction easements are contained in
Exhibits "A-1" and "A-2" which are incorporated herein; that
legal descriptions to said sites are attached hereto, made a
part hereof and marked Exhibits "B-1" through "B-3"- I
5. That the City of Muskego will acquire permanent
easements and other necessary temporary construction easements
for storm drainage purposes as indicated on Exhibits "A-1" and
"A-2" and "B-1" through "B-3".
