A ROAD RESERVATION IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the
following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
street, to wit:
ALL THAT PART OF NE1/4 SEC 5 T5N R2OE DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
THE NORTHERLY 62.411 FT ROAD RESERVATION ABUTTING PARCELS A AND
E CSM 2447 RECORDED V17/324 11/75
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is
designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part hereof
~ and marked Exhibit "A. 'I
Furthermore, this avvroval is continaent on the land beina
vacated being attacgd to Lots #4 ani #5 of the proposed
development, said land to be divided equally between those two
approval by the City Attorney.

The following Resolution, having been introduced in the Common
Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, at a meetinq of said
Council, held April 23, 1991-in the Council Room, at City
Hall, Muskego, Wisconsin to wit:
"BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of
the following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by said Common Council, that a
hearing on the passage of said Resolution be held at a meeting
of said Common Council at the Council Room, City Hall, Muskego,
Wisconsin on the 11th day of

June , 1991, at 7:20
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Notice of the Hearing on said
Resolution be published in the Muskeqo Sun as a Class 3
Notice; and that, in addition, Notice of said hearing be served
on the owners of all of the frontage of the lots and lands
abutting on said real estate herein before described sought to
provided for the service of summons in Circuit Court at least
be vacated, and discontinued, as a street, in the manner
thirty (30) days before said hearing.
