RESOLUTION #92-91
DECLARING CERTAIN WEEDS TO BE NOXIOUS
IN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, Section 66.96 of the Wisconsin Statutes sets forth
certain weeds to be declared noxious, and
WHEREAS, Section 66.96 provides that the Common Council, by
resolution, may declare other weeds noxious.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego pursuant to Section 66.96 of the Wisconsin
Statutes does hereby declare that the following weeds be termed
noxious weeds within the boundaries of the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin:
Canada Thistle
Perennial Sow Thistle
Bull Thistle
Cockleburr
Leafy Spurge
Field Bindweed
Wild Mustard
Marijuana
Wild Radish
White Cockle
Yellow Rocket
Ragweed
English Charlock
Goatbeard
Nodding Thistle
Indian Mustard
