RESOLUTION #90-91
DISAPPROVAL OF WAUKESHA COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY PLAN
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Housing Authority wishes to develop
and operate a project in an area to include the City of Muskego,
and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes Section 59.075(3) provides that the
within the boundaries of any City unless a resolution has been
County Housing Authority may not undertake any housing project
Authority which has been created therein, declaring that there
adopted by the governing body of the City and by any Housing
within that City, and
is a need for the Housing Authority to exercise its powers
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission defeated a resolution to approve
the request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby disapprove the request of the
Waukesha County Housing Authority to develop and operate a
project in the City of Muskego.
