DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
(Muskego Shores -- Nordseth)
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of the status of Lots 11 and 12 in
Block 13 of the Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of the
request because it was not compatible with the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby deny the request for legal status for Lots 11 and 12
in Block 13 of the Muskego Shores Subdivision because it was not
compatible with the area.
