CCR1991083COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #83-91 ADDENDUM TO RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SALARIES FOR CERTAIN CITY OF MUSKEGO EMPLOYEES FOR 1991 WHEREAS, the Settlement Agreement for 1991 with the Muskego Police Association included a provision pertaining to longevity/health insurance, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that these provisions also apply to the Police Chief and Lieutenants who are non-represented, and WHEREAS, Resolution #80-91 dissolved the Planning & Development Department and created a separate Building Inspection Department and Planning Department and created a wage scale for the Director of each Department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the longevity/health insurance benefit as established in the Muskego Police Association 1991 settlement agreement for the non-represented Police Chief and Lieutenants. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the listing of Director and Assistant Director in Amended Resolution #22-91 be deleted and replaced with the following with an effective date of April 24, 1991: Start 6 Months 18 Months Director of Building Inspection $27,250 $29,150 $30,900 Director of Planning 27,250 29,150 30,900 DATED THIS 23RD DAY APRIL , 1991.
