APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Meadow Green West Addition #3)

WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Meadow Green West Addition #3, a
54 lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 16, was submitted on
March 19, 1991, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Meadow Green West
Addition #3, a 54-lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 16.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies. 0
